Xander's first time bowling!

This morning was the family breakfast at Xander's preschool. So many good things to eat! After we were done, we went bowling with our friends. It was the first time for Xander and my first time in probably 30 years (yikes!) We had a great time and both Xander and Chris keep asking when we can go again. (My score was higher than Chris', by the way)

Trip to the mall

Today we went to Borders bookstore for their weekly storytime. They read a book that Xander was familiar with from preschool, The Mitten. Afterwards, we headed to the play area to get out some energy and then ate a lunch. The perfect afternoon!

Winter fun with friends

We met out friends for some sledding and skating. Lots of fun was had by all! Nate did not enjoy the sledding, but was a fan of the fireplace in the warming house. After we were done outside, we all went out for dinner at Don Pablos.

Happy New Year - 2008 is here!

What a bunch of party animals we are! Xander got to stay up until 8 pm...wooohooo! We ate cheese and crackers, watched a Diego movie and drank sparkling peach drinks. After putting the boys to bed, Chris and I put on a movie and watched the ball drop.
