Last day of preschool

Today was his last day of preschool and since his birthday is a week later, they celebrated it today. He got to wear a birthday hat that the teachers made and we brought in ice cream sandwiches to share with his class. He loved having all of his classmates sing to him.

We went to the Mall of America to check out Underwater World and then meet our friends for lunch and a few rides, to celebrate Jordana's birthday.

After the park, we went for sandwiches at a local shop and then for a cupcake treat before heading home.

After a meltdown because Xander didn't feel he got enough cupcake (grrrr!) we headed home. My guess is that part of the problem was that he was a bit over tired.

Chris' Birthday

We celebrated Chris' 29th birthday with lots of chocolate! It started with chocolate chip muffins and wrapped up with a yummy cake. Everyone enjoyed helping him celebrate!
