Rainy day

No pictures today. We didn't do much, just stayed inside and enjoyed a break from the heat. It was dreary and rainy all day, and I am fighting off a head cold or sinus infection, so it was a lazy day. I have to be done with it by Friday because I am heading out of town for the weekend with friends. It will be my first time away from Xander over night and I am excited! Five women, no children in tow, no husbands to clean up after...it's going to be great! And a much needed, and well deserved break. But of course, I will miss my baby...

Chris is out for dinner and at the arcade with Viet tonight (Ann's hubby and Ava and Lily's daddy). We set them up to go out because they are both into the same stuff and we hope they hit it off. It's good for Chris to get out and do things and take his mind off of the stress at work. Also, it makes me feel less guilty about going out with the girls! ;)
