Sculpture Garden...again!

Another picnic trip to the Sculpture Garden and Loring Park. Evenings seem the only times to get to do anything where the weather cooperates these days, so we stopped at Savoy Pizza for some Philly cheese steaks. After feeding ourselves and the ducks, we walked around and enjoyed a beautiful evening. What better way to end it than a trip to Dairy Queen for some ice cream treats?
My boys!
So cute!
Cool and handsome...what a combo!
Nate was diggin' the Philly
The ducks are closing in!
Xander is the sweetest big brother I have ever seen!
I will admit that I used to find standing on that bridge exhilarating, but now that I have kids...every fear imaginable runs through my head as we walk across. I have to bottle it up and let them enjoy, but I don't breathe until we are on the other side. I guess that goes with being a mom!
Loring Park and the water is so low that we hardly saw any ducks. But once a few saw our loaf of bread and headed out of the water, word got around fast and suddenly there were a lot of them.
As with any photo of Xander eating dessert, he has the most serious face. It almost looks like he isn't enjoying it, but inside he is ecstatic!
Nathan is more enthusiastic about his treat eating and sometimes you can catch him squeezing his eyes shut tight as he savors every bite. Sometimes you can just seen him cramming large amounts of ice cream in his mouth!
